These guidelines help keep Hall of Fame RV Park safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone. A complete rental agreement will be provided before move-in.

Monthly rate

$750 per month

    Monthly rent is due in advance. Guests are responsible for electricity and any other charges stated in their rental agreement.

    Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep music, televisions, generators, and outdoor conversations at a respectful volume.

    The speed limit throughout the park is 5 MPH. Watch for children, pets, and other guests at all times.

  4. 4

    RV sites must be kept clean and orderly. No outdoor storage, excessive clutter, clotheslines, major repairs, or inoperable vehicles are permitted.

    Sewer connections must be secure, watertight, and supported off the ground. Water hoses and electrical cords must be in safe working condition.

  6. 6

    Pets must be supervised, kept on a leash outside the RV, and cleaned up after immediately. Aggressive or repeatedly disruptive animals are not permitted.

    Campfires and grills are allowed only when conditions and local restrictions permit. Fires must be attended and fully extinguished.

    Children must be supervised by a responsible adult. Guests are responsible for the conduct and safety of everyone in their party.

    Only registered guests and approved vehicles may occupy a site. Please obtain management approval before adding occupants, vehicles, trailers, or long-term visitors.

    No illegal activity, excessive intoxication, fireworks, weapons discharge, or conduct that threatens the safety or peaceful enjoyment of others.

    Trash must be bagged and placed in designated containers. Do not leave furniture, appliances, hazardous materials, or oversized items at the park.

    Management may require immediate correction of unsafe, unsanitary, disruptive, or rule-violating conditions. Serious or repeated violations may result in removal from the park.
